- PIEDMONT LEVEL: up to $9,999
- RIDGE LEVEL: $10,000-99,999
- CREST LEVEL: $100,000-249,999
- PEAK LEVEL: $250,000-499,999
- SUMMIT LEVEL: $500,000+

February 2024 - Scottsbluff City Council
(Final Plat and Project approval)
Summer 2024 - BREAK GROUND
